You are permitted to provide links to our web pages, but not to hot-link to any of our downloads.
 
  4.   All files that contain a Cantate Domino Copyright notice are owned as intellectual property of the Cantate Domino web site owner.
 
  5.   All audio files and scores that are produced by Cantate Domino or Note Perfect are the property and intellectual property of the Cantate Domino web site owner or Note Perfect.
 
  6.   When you download the scores and audio files are licenced to you only under these terms and conditions. You do not own any of the files.

  1.   You may download, print and use as many copies of the music as you wish so long as it is not altered or arranged without the permission of the copyright owner and that the copyright notice is always attached to it.     2.   Download them for use in your church activities, ie services, meetings etc. provided that, if you use printed documentation, you make mention that the audio is provided by permission from www.cantatedomino.org.
 
    3.   Alter audio files to cut the number of verses for your own personal / church / community use. The text fields (tags) may not be altered.
 
  You may not:
    1.   Alter any text in the files (tags), remaster or edit in any way subject except for No 3 above.
 
    2.   Upload our audio files to a server.
 
    3.   Use them on a web site or intranet, or make them available on any other web site without permission.
 
    4.   Use them in any media and make them available publicly or privately. (videos, power-point presentations etc.)
 
    5.   Make them available on a file sharing network or P2P system, torrent etc.
 
    6.   You must not link to any of our files from another web site.
 
This refers to works identified by publishers suitable for publishing (republishing) for Company or profit or personal gain (Note Well)
 
  1.   On no account are the editions to be published by any company or individual, either for profit, for free, or at a cost.
 
  2.   If a company or individual sees music that they would like to publish then an agreement must be made between the publisher and the owner of the music.
 
  3.   On no account must editions be sold for cash or kind without permission. (This Includes Material Costs).
 
  1.   You are permitted to record and distribute your recording provided that it is not sold. You are also permitted to distribute the printed music with the recording provided the License or copyright page is printed with it provided that it is not sold. Recording is subject to the section Broadcasting and Performing right.
 
  2.   As a courtesy you should provide a copy of your recording to "Cantate Domino" you can contact us via the "Contact us" page.
 
  3.   Text identifying Cantate Domino and our web address must accompany any recording.
 
  1.   If any of the "original" works identifying "Cantate Domino" or "R. Mather" (hereafter termed "Licensor" as the owner of the composition or arrangement are to be recorded, sold by any means (ie CD or digitally etc.) and/or broadcast on any radio, television or any other broadcasting network including the internet the appropriate permissions and conditions must be obtained from the copyright holder. Unless clearly stated in the published work.
 
  2.   If a composition or arrangement is to be recorded for non profit, or transmitted publicly or privately, the Licensor requires that an agreement to be provided that will include the following terms which may be amended by agreement with the Licensor. (All things can be subject to negotiation):-
 
      a.   A copy of the recording will be provided to the Licensor of the completed project on DVD (or CD if it is not video).
 
      b.   Any Video will in closing credits, credit the composer/arranger of the music. If on CD, the composer/arranger shall be credited on any accompanying documentation.
 
      c.   The recording agent will allow that the Licensor may refer to the project in connection with self promotion in all media, associated with the composition/arrangement.
 
  3.   If a composition or arrangement is to be recorded and sold for profit:-
 
      a.   All the above statements shall apply.
 
      b.   A royalty shall be negotiated.
 
  Any or all these terms may change at any time, according to need.
 
  It is not our intention for any infringement of copyright in any of the arrangements or works. All items on this site so far as we can ascertain are in the public domain, have been specifically contributed with permission from the respective composers/authors. Any copyright on public domain works are for the presentation format (artwork). If as the owner of a copyright you feel that an infringement has been made please email your claim to Cantate Domino with the appropriate evidence. Investigation will be made and and the music will be removed until the appropriate permissions are granted.
